I love chocolates and so do most of the lovely girls out there. I have heard about chocolates benefits when applied on skin. When I saw this at the shop, I was tempted to try it.

This has the amazing chocolaty smell that almost made me lick it. :P It smells yum..! It has a nice creamy texture that is easily spreadable and takes around 25-30 minutes to completely dry. I did not “wash off” with milk. But instead, I applied milk on the dried facepack using cotton and once it sunk in, I washed it off with water.
It did make my face feel fresh and some what even toned but then, it also made the areas around my mouth and nose feel dry and stretchy. I hate stretchy skin and parched. It did not break my skin out and that’s a plus.
As said, I did not see any “radiance” after using it for almost three weeks now. (i use it on weekends) which is quite disappointing.
Apart from this I did not experience any positive thing from this mask. My old multani matti and rosewater seem to do more wonders than this one.
Now let me summarize the pros and cons.
1. Divine smell.
2. Evens out skin tone to some extent.
3. Gives fresh feeling.
4. Travel friendly packing.
5. Did not irritate my skin.
1. Did not have any “wow” factor. Just worked like most of the face packs. I have experienced better results with my multani matti pack.
2. Very costly especially considering the performance.
3. Contains a whole lot of chemicals.
4. “Washing off” with milk seems highly impractical for me.
5. Dries out the areas around nose and mouth. Not suitable for normal-dry skinned ladies.
Overall, I am not happy with this pack as I don’t feel paying around 400/- rupees for a chocolaty smell is worth.
