I hope all of you are having a great start for an exciting week ahead. I am starting my week by reviewing a recent acquisition of mine. It is the Inglot Freedom System Refill in the shade 10.
I guess by now every one of you might be aware about the brand Inglot and their affordable freedom system.
It comes in a tiny little refill encased in a plastic packing. The plastic packing is more than sufficient if you are not intending to travel with the refill. But if you are travelling, a palette or a small box is a must.
Rs. 300/- for 1.2 g. (I got in a discount)
Shade 10 is a pretty bright summery pink color. I found it a little too bright for my personality. But I wore it nevertheless. In my somewhat NC 42 skin tone, it looked a little bright but very beautiful. It is a summery shade that gives an instant lift to my complexion. I have become addicted to it so much that I am dressing up in such a way that I can wear this lipstick every day.
This lipstick is insanely pigmented. You get the ultimate coverage in a single swipe. Though it feels very creamy while applying, it sets into a semi matte finish. It stays for 5 hours with snacks in between and wears off gradually. You need to use a lip brush to apply for obvious reasons. The lipstick applies evenly without any patchiness.
This lipstick is not moisturizing so a lip balm is a must. As it settles to a semi-matte finish and looks best on well moisturized and smooth lips.
1. Beautiful color.
2. Very good pigmentation.
3. Applies evenly.
4. Impressive staying power.
1. Not travel friendly.
On my Lips (taken after three hours):
Verdict: I am very impressed by the lipstick. It a refreshing change from the neutral shades I use. I will definitely repurchase.
Hope you girls found the review useful.
