In this week's MMT series, i am sharing with you a simple and easy to make side dish choice for chapathi and paratas.
It is the Spicy Sour Onion & Raw Mango Chutney.
1. Onion - 1 large
2. Tomato - 1 mid size
3. Raw mango -1 small peeled and diced
4. Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
5. Dry Red chili - 2
6. Red Chili powder - ½ tsp for color
7. Salt to taste
Grind all the above coarsely without adding water. Ensure you don’t make a paste. And enjoy.
Note: you can also add coriander powder ½ tsp. if you want to.
Serve with chapatti or parathas.
