I am writing reviews on weekends and scheduling them as I have to complete a huge portion for my exams in June. Let us see how long this “scheme” goes. :D
Today, I am going to review a black liquid liner from the brand called coloressence. They are affordable and their products are pretty decent for the price they are offered.
I have already tried their brown liquid eyeliner and you can check its review here.
The packing is just the same as the brown liner. It comes in a black plastic opaque bottle. The bottle is huge with a long applicator. It is travel friendly and functional but I am not a fan of the packing.
The eyeliner is a moderately pigmented and runny liquid.
The applicator is thin, long and flexible to aid in drawing flicks and thin lines. The handle of the applicator is long and stubby enough to provide a comfortable grip while lining our eyes.
Due to the pigmentation it does require two swipes to get a really intense effect. It sets to a matte finish and does not smudge easily.
It is water resistant to a certain extent. It comes off easily when we splash water and mildly rub.
It does not peel or look dry and stretched like some of the cheap eyeliners.
Staying power is really awesome. On my lids, it stays put till I remove it. There is no fading throughout the wear time.
One con which I would like to point out specifically is the drying time. It takes a little more time than the other liners to get completely dry.
On my eyes:
Coloressence Supreme Eyeliner in Black
INR.110/- for 9 ml.
What I like:
Impressive staying power.
Does not peel or fade.
What I don’t like:
Packing – It is boring.
Not widely available.
Very good eyeliner. With a little more publicity am sure this one will be the next Elle 18 among college and school goers.
